Rents 1144, split would be 572 plus bge which tends to vary. So it would be between 6/700. I am clean and quite. No dish washer, shared laundry room across the street. NO PETS. All of the empty spaces would be yours. The bean bag couches are common use but I don't really use them. The stuff with all the space in it is mine. I just started rearranging everything so that's why it looks a little bit less tidy than I would usually have it. Neighbors are a bit loud but community is trying to get them evicted.
