Rent 2 bedroom house in New Port Richey

I am looking for someone to rent the spare bedroom in my villa. The rent would be 500/month to include cable, internet, and utilities. The living room with a big screen tv would be yours to use (with DVR), since I have a nice setup in my room and I don't use the living room. I am a 52 year old single male with no children, who is a retired teacher, counselor, and social worker. I am open minded/non judgmental for the most part, therefore I am not concerned with your lifestyle choices as long as you are safe, considerate, and that you do your share of keeping the place clean. I live in a nice villa (2/1) and had some remodeling done recently (kitchen/bathroom). I will need to be able to verify that you have a stable income. I do have some preferences, but am flexible if I feel an applicant is someone I would mesh well with. So, we can discuss the finer details on the phone.
