Hardwood floors, spacious kitchen, LR with working fireplace, two outdoor spaces, and in-unit W/D. All rooms have large windows. There is plentiful non-permit street parking. Apartment is a block from a beautiful park abutting the Rockefeller Preserve for hiking, trail biking etc.Bedroom has full bed, chair, side tables, lamps and a/c unit. Share bath, LR, kitchen and outdoor spaces. Apartment is a five minute drive/15-minute walk to Metro North. No smoking/drugs/partying. No couples. Unfortunately my landlord recently said only one pet per apartment, so I can’t consider pets, no matter how adorable. Rent: $1150 - share ConEd/apartment cleaning.
