The landlord will only visit occasionally during the year outside term time so most of the year you will have the place to yourself and another postgrad female student. Fast WiFi is included in the price and water but electric bills will be split between you and the other postgrad student. These averaged 40 euros per month last year for each tenant and the electric cost is on a fixed price contract from 3 years ago. Each room is fitted with its own key lock for privacy.
