I am renting the primary bedroom of a three story home in LoHi Denver. Plenty of space for an individual or a couple. Two other roommates live the house each with their own bedroom and bathroom. The house has a rooftop patio and a backyard. The house is walking distance to Avanti, Recess Bar, Happy Camper, Little Man Ice Cream, and many more of LoDo's best dining and activities.
