We, my daughter and I, work from home most of the time. The entire house has been renovated including a beautifully remodeled bathroom for your use. We have 2 cats housed in their own enclosure in the backyard, but are also allowed in the house. You would have access to a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer with laundry products, front and back patios, and acres of greenbelt. Multiple grocery stores, restaurants and starbucks are within walking distance. Parks, walking and bike trails, and freeway access are on our doorstep.We are looking for someone who doesn’t smoke, loves animals, is clean and quiet, and can pass a background and credit check with good references. The room is for one vaccinated person only and who is gainfully employed. Room is available November 8, 2024.
