For a comparable apartment unit, market rent per the apartment website gets me to about $200/month under market!!! (A 4th floor unit, outward facing with the same sq footage.)Master bedroom is available in a 2BR, 2BA, so we will each have a dedicated bathroom. In-unit washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, wood floors throughout. One key feature I was unable to find in another similar apartment, we EACH get a dedicated parking space. Plenty of street parking and guest parking is also available. There is a large public parking garage just next door for when friends/family want to visit you. A great view to wake up to in the morning, the apartment is situated in one of the best spots in the building and each room gets plenty of light. I am middle-aged, working professional, and I live an active life. Pets are only okay if they are VERY well-behaved. No dogs that bark at night. I am uncertain how much the leasing office would require to cover any necessary pet deposit.
