I am a fairly quiet roommate, I work nearby at Blizzard Entertainment, I have 2 Hairless (Sphynx) Cats, and I mostly would be keeping to my room. For the items of mine that would be in shared areas, I already have a large dining table that seats 6 and doubles as a board-game table, a full-sized couch, a Peloton bike, and a bookshelf.The room comes with a closet, and your own bathroom + shower, this would be the bathroom guests would need to use as well. The apartment also has a full kitchen and a large living room. The place comes with your own indoor parking spot.Please no live-in couples or pets. Overnight guests / gatherings are totally fine.
