Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Chicago

PLEASE READ BEFORE RESPONDING, AND ANSWER THE QUESTIONS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE ADLooking for a new roommate in the Lincoln Square area. This is a very nice luxury apartment, with a significantly discounted rent. This apartment is part of a program called the ARO program (Affordable Requirements Ordinance) and you would need to meet certain income requirements. To qualify for the apartment, you need be “low income” (make around $1500-$1800 a month)* Your share of the rent would be around $675.* Move in date would be around August 1st.* Electricity and gas bills split between the two of us. On your typical month you'd be paying about $60 for utilities. * No deposit necessary, and does not require "last month’s rent" or anything like that.* Large kitchen/living room area with nice appliances* Two bathrooms (your bedroom would have an attached private bathroom with a shower)* Water and WiFi Internet are included. * In-unit washer and dryer and a dishwasher* Neighborhood is very nice and quiet and safe.* Lawrence Ave bus that stops right in front of the apartment* Brown line is a few minutes walk away* Access to a very large rooftop patio with propane grills, nice for BBQ and watching fireworks on 4th of July* The building has a garage, but you would need to rent a parking spaceIt is important to me that I find a compatible roommate that I get along with. Some stuff about me:* 46 years old male (hoping to find a roommate between 35-55, but I'm flexible. Have no strong preferences regarding gender.)* Currently on disability. If you are also on disability, (SSDI or SSI) it may be easier for you to qualify for this apartment.* I am a big movie buff, enjoy playing video games, and have some other nerdy hobbies. I like having people over to watch movies from time to time. I am fairly quiet and do not have loud parties. Ideally I would like a roommate who is similar.I plan on keeping this ad up until July and am not in a rush to make a decision. If I do find someone I will take the ad down.
