Rent a room in Los Angeles

Currently in a 1B seeking to move to share a 2B/2B in my current complex in North Hollywood. Very walkable area, centrally located above Studio City, right by the metro. Luxury amenities: large pool/hot tub, bbq grill area, gym, in-unit laundry. Quartz countertops and stainless appliances. Amazing price for what it offers. Units available between $ split rent. About me: I’m an actor and gig worker. Uber and dog walking. No pets myself and would prefer none for the apt. Would pair well with another creative in their late 20s-40s, or someone who doesn’t work from home, as I frequently do. Love to cook, stay fit, and watch movies. I’m fairly organized and clean and would expect a roommate who can keep up with an organized and clean shared space. I can provide a fully furnished living room and outfitted kitchen, just ask that my items be treated with respect.Not into partying or having a lot of people over. But would love to have a roommate I can be friends with, but not a requirement. (The unit pictured is the model apt in the layout of the unit I would like to move into. It is not MY apartment :))
