WHO will you be living with? In this House we have 2 females and 8 Males, all between the ages of 21 and 35. All working professionals. HOUSE lay out This is a 16 bed house but does have 14 en-suite rooms, 2 off suite rooms, 3 kitchens, 3 lounges, 2 work from home rooms and all the necessary amenities in the house. There are 3 Huge communal areas with games rooms as well as 3 Large Kitchens with washers/dryers LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION The house is located on Park road in the L8 area and opposite the property is a Tesco Extra on Park Road, There are regular buses along Park Road direct to L1 bus station which is only a 10 minute bus ride or a 20 minute walk which is great for young professionals to travel into the city for work. LOCAL FACILITIES There is a Lifestyles gym and pool just 5 minutes walk away on Steble Street with a variety of classes and facilities. There are plenty of convenience stores, pubs and takeaways close by. The property is just a 15 minute walk to the Baltic Triangle which has plenty of restaurants, Bars and many more. From the property you will find amazing views of the river Mersey, which is close enough for lovely strolls along the promenade. PROCESS To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can begin the application process. Depending on tenants’ individual circumstance we might need 2 of the following: Employment reference, Landlord Reference, Character reference, Bank statements. This all depends on a tenant’s circumstance so please speak to our friendly lettings team to clarify what you might need. MOVE IN Move in dates will be arranged once your application has been successful. Pro rata rent is payable depending upon the date you move in. We collect all rent on the 1st of every month. Deposits are registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing that the room is left in same condition as found.
