Rent 1 bedroom house in Manor

A little about us.My wife and I have been together for 19 years with no drama in our lives and want to really keep it that way.We have a 15 year old kitty who is quite shy but will eventually warm up to you... with treats of course :)We don't smoke, dont do drugs, don't party, and rarely drink more than 1 or 2 at home. we very rarely have people over ....I guess what I am trying to say is we are REALLY boring.We are not looking for a good time. We are looking for someone to pay their rent and be respectful; someone who really wants a safe quiet place to chill little about the location.It is a 4bdr 2.5 bath house. you would have full access to the bathroom right outside the bedroom.It has a large yard with a covered back porch with a hot tub. (yes you can use as well)It has a washer and dryer (yes you can use it as well).The room is fully furnished with a walk-in closet and TV.It has high speed internet (which you can use).It has a water softener so the water is smooth in the shower :)It has a game room with Playstation set up for Beat Sabers VR.ceiling fans ull security system with t is in a very nice neighborhood and the closest park and ride is a little over 2 miles away (easily bikeable or walkable)there is a bunch of fast food, super walmart, starbucks all right outside the neighborhood (also around 2 miles or less)
