we have a room available in silverlake at 1500 a month plus utilities (avg. $50-$100) with a 900 deposit. Looking for 6 month to a year length. We are preferably looking for a female roommate.Amenities include:-Master bedroom including a queen bed and storage with a private bathroom-large closet-in unit washer/dryer-full kitchen including a dishwasher-Private bathroom-Central air and heating-unit located behind a private gate-walking distance to bus lines and Silverlake shops-lots of natural light-street parking only -No pets We are looking for a clean, chill and respectful roommate that has a steady income and can commit to calling this place home. You will be living with the three most amazing and friendly people; one works in entertainment, one works in comic publishing and the other is an Interior Designer.
