One master bedroom available for rent in a 1500 square foot home. This home is equidistant from Highway 5 and Highway 99, approximately 2.5 miles to the west and east, respectively. This home has central air conditioning and heating, large backyard common space, living room common space, and shared kitchen, fridge, and dishwasher. This room will be available for move-in on November 15. This will be on a month-to-month term, but we can discuss longer terming if you are interested. I work full time as an environmental scientist, partially from home and partially in office. I am looking for roommates that are relatively clean and quiet, students or working professionals preferred. Preferred if you work away from home. Utilities will be split based on how many rooms are occupied (2-4 way split). No smokers or animals. These rooms are currently unfurnished, however, we can discuss furnishing at your request. Couples will have a different rate than a single tenant.
