As you can see in pictures you’ll have bath tub and shower separately next to one another. The neighborhood is very safe, respectful, clean, and quiet. Will be shared kitchen. Washer and dryer in home. In the rent utilities are included such as Water, sewer, trash, internet, Electricity. Must show proof that you’re full time employed, and must keep area clean/ clean after yourself, be communicator and be responsible/ respectful. Must be comfortable to signing a tenant agreement.
