Looking for one roommate, ideally someone in mid twenties to thirties to take over the Master bedroom in a townhome. (Non-furnished bedroom/bathroom).Spacious bedroom, walk-in closet, and bathroom. You will have full access to the common areas including: living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room.The townhome complex has a heated pool and gym. You will be within a 15 minute drive to numerous shops including Costco, Target, Home Depot, Trader Joe’s and the beach.There are currently two other working girls (25&26) that are living here and one small dog.Utilities including gas, electric, water, trash, Wi-Fi, and renters insurance are NOT included in the price above. Utility cost, Wi-Fi, and renter insurance is approximately an additional: $150 per person each month.
