I offer 1 master bedroom, with its own batroom, that is available for rental, on December 30, 2024. The room is inside a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condominium unit. The property is Quincy Tower Condominiums. My unit has laudry onsite as well. Quincy Tower offers off street parking, an indoor swimming-pool, and a gym for its residents. It is also located on the 220 and 222 bus routes from and to Quincy Center Red line subway. I am looking for 1 male tenant only, who is either college student and/or working professional. He must be honest and being able to pay rent on time.
