Rent 3 bedroom apartment in Pacific Beach

Hello! I am looking to temporarily rent my master bedroom with a private attached bathroom and balcony with ocean views for the winter. -Time frame: 3-5 months from Dec - April or Feb - April-Rent: $1700 per month-3 bed, 3 bath townhouse located in North PB, 2 blocks from the beach-Utilities are separate but always reasonable (Less than $100 a month for Gas/electric and Wifi)-Parking spot in the garage-Would be living with 2 other girls in their mid – late 20’s who don’t have pets, but we are open to pets.-Fully furnished. (TV, bed, desk etc.)Please message me if you are interested and think this might be a good fit. 🙂
