I’m a 31 year old alumni of Caltech. I’m looking to sublet the master bedroom in my 1700 sqft condo. The master bedroom occupies the entire third floor and includes a private bathroom, walk-in closet, and balcony overlooking the mountains. A parking space is included.The first floor has a modern kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and large living room (with a 55'' 4k TV with YouTube TV and Netflix). The second floor has my room, my office, my bathroom, a second living room, and a laundry room. The condo complex is well maintained and has a pool/hot tub.The condo is <1 mile from Caltech, Old Pasadena, and the Lake Street shopping district. I’m also around the block from the original Trader Joe? s. It’s possible to live in the area without a car (I did it for 5 years). Additionally, JPL is a short drive away.
