Rent a room in Arnold

Looking for a spacious master bedroom for a short term rental? Look no further! Bear Valley Park apartments is a beautiful, peaceful and perfectly located apartment complex smacked right between lakewood and littleton in the bear valley area. I had to move out early across the country due to family issues but looking for someone to take my spot until the end of the lease (July 31st). The apartment is around 1100 squarefeet with a massive balcony and the master bedroom includes tons of storage space and a private bathroom. Washer and dryer in unit as well making laundry way too easy. Close to plenty of food options, grocery stores and everything you will ever need. My roommate is also living there but he’s a cool dude who works alot so you can enjoy the place to yourself often. Got a dog or cat? Feel free to bring them with you (2 pet limit) The room is unfurnished but there is a bedframe and a drawer I left behind that you can keep if you want.
