Rent 2 bedroom apartment in San Jose

I am renting out the biggest room in my condo with its own full bathroom, queen-sized bedroom set and all the other amenities available in the rest of the house i. e. full kitchen, 55' mounted TV, washer/dryer in unit, designated parking, plenty of storage and a breezy patio under California redwood trees. It is comfortable living. I am a teacher and have a great group of friends and colleagues. I am looking for a housemate who enjoys meeting new people and also appreciates privacy and downtime. Perfect for a professional who is moving to San Jose or someone who works from home as you would have the house to yourself during the day. I like to keep things clean and would expect you to pick up after yourself so we can both enjoy a stress-free living environment.
