Rent 3 bedroom house in Santa Ana

Large master bedroom available to rent. Can easily fit a CalKing bed with room to spare. Walk in closet. Private bathroom. Couples will be considered. No live in children. Okay if they come to stay a couple nights a week (2 nights max - in a row). Please inform the Owner prior to any over night guests (no-live in guests). All utilities are included (unless there is a spike in a specific utility). Internet is also included (time warner). I have no problem discussing any internet upgrades (although, I think it is fairly decent. Brother is a programmer & a gamer lol). Kitchen, living room, and down stairs bathroom access is allowed. The garage should only be used if you need to use the washer & dryer. Please be respectful of all appliances. You can have space in the fridge and cabinets (I will let you know what areas are designated for your use). Please keep your room/bathroom clean and pick up after yourself in the common areas. Property does have Ring cameras (outside) and in the common area (clearly visible). Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. The photos attached are of how it was furnished a few years ago. The Master Bedroom has no furnishings. Whiling to provide more photos on request. The master bedroom, master bathroom, upstairs hallway, and the stairs are currently under going some minor upgrades (flooring and walls). For this reason the room will be available July 1st (approx.). Please note, I also have a normal size room (maybe 3/4 the size of the master) that I am open to renting for $1000. It's the same property. The difference is it does not include a private bathroom. You would share it with a female roommate. It includes one parking space. This room has carpet. Everything else is the same. Note: One roommate has a small gray/white cat that is always in their room. There is also a small dog that is always with me (the owner) and is very rarely left at home alone. He likes cats and other dogs but barks when meeting new people. I have a preference for individuals who do not have pets but I am also open to discussion if you have a pet (I understand it can be difficult finding a place with a pet).
