Rent 1 bedroom apartment in Montreal

Hello! My name is Max, I come from France and now live in Montreal! I am planning to move out to go closer to my university so now this room is looking for someone new. It's located downtown, at the top floor of a building, which gives a great view around. Everything is provided from water, to electricity, Wi-Fi, and furniture. The flat is shared between 5 people, 4 already live there. All of them are men, studying in the area, so I would recommend a man for the room but up to you!The rent comes from a housing company, so I cannot change the price of it. Contract will be made with them. It's 940$ total, all included so no more hidden fees. There is a gym in the building for people who would to exercise. The building is located one minute from the Guy-Concordia Metro Station, so extremely easy to access public transports. You also have the local buses (I only know the 165 and 166). Price is a bit high, but it's downtown and close to everything, and the flat is quite large. There are two bathrooms, and a fully furnished (apart from dishwasher) kitchen. Only sad thing is that it's not really sound isolated from one other roommate. Available from 1st October on!
