Rent 3 bedroom house in Southwest Las Vegas

I just moved to a house , I’m putting it together fixing it up, I will have a room 11x11 with a closet and private restroom ready in a week or two, I will have another room way bigger probably 20x23 with a wall in closet and private restroom as well, for now if you are in a bind and need something right away we can work something out with the master till they are ready I’m looking for a professional female, clean and respectful, kids welcomed maybe a pet depends , I have a cat in case of allergies I do a bit it work from home but I’m mostly out of the house also working or at the gym or practicing jiu jitsu, the house will be to yourself most of the time including kitchen and living roomI have a thread mill an elliptical, bike and weights in case you want to work out.If you like ufc fights or gaming or vr I got u covered lolI want a chill person but also outgoing, I do cook a lot so food won’t be a problem There is a washer and dryerI would have to talk to you over txt or phone and meet whoever is interested, Rent can be worked out just tell me ur story and have a reliable job Thanks
