Rent 3 bedroom house in Albuquerque

Hello my name is Carlos I live in a three bedroom home in the Barelas. My home is a five minute drive south of downtown Albuquerque , ten minutes away from UNM and three minutes away from the Avenida Cesar Chavez I-25 exit. I live with my girlfriend she and I are very private people. We work four 10 hour shifts a week. We’re off three (Thursday , Friday ,Saturday ) days out of the week. We’re looking for someone who’s quiet, goal oriented and doesn’t really bring around a lot of company. Ideally we’d prefer a student who’s focused on their studies but we’re open to giving the space to someone who needs a place to stay.
