Located on the boarder of South Sac and Elk Grove, this two story house is in the perfect spot to get to and from just about anywhere in the greater Sacramento area. The city itself in roughly 20 minutes away by car, there's a light rail station nearby as well. Neighborhood is fairly quiet, with some noise leaking over from the main roads and the light rail itself. Neighbors keep to themselves, but will great you when they see you and have looked out for us in the past. There is a sizable backyard, two car garage, and on site washer and dryer. Living and dining area are furnished. Room is mid sized with lots of windows to let in natural light. Vaulted ceilings allow for storage space above the closet, and there is a small nook that juts out above the stairwell that creates a space for a desk or dresser. There is a cat in the home as well! She loves people, but is not a fan of other animals. Super chill, older lady who loves her stick toys and a good sun beam.
