This is a small one-bedroom apartment (around 28 m2) located on the second floor.
The view is on the backyard.
The place is made of a small common area with kitchen annex, bathroom and bedroom. The bedroom can be locked. There is a TV.
There are the following appliances and devices: microwave, small oven, TV, refrigetor with freezer, vacuum cleaner, kettle, iron and iron board.

There is no washing machine, however, in the same building it's available for the tenants a laundry service for FREE (washing machine and drying machine). The laundry area is located on the ground floor of the same building.
