Rent 3 bedroom apartment in San Diego

Hi i'm Matt (28M) and my roommate Dany (36F) and I are looking for someone to join our household and rent our unfurnished 3rd bedroom with shared bath. We live on the 3rd floor of the Legacy Apartment homes with no neighbors with shared walls. We're across the street from Mira Mar College and Mira Mesa Market Center and were less than 10 minutes away from MCAS Mira Mar. Our apartment has air conditioning as well as in unit washer/dryer and dishwasher. The complex includes amenities such as a gym and pool.I work as a manager for a local retail business and Dany works as a manager at a local fine dining restaurant. We both have set schedules and are home usually before 6pm. We're both 420 friendly and pretty laid back homebodies and we'd prefer someone who is likeminded.We'd prefer someone who is in their late 20's-30's and is friendly with dogs as Dany has 2 poodle mixes one is a puppy and the other is about 4 years old. Rent is $1190 per month and utilities such as water usually work out to about $50 per person. Gas and electric fluctuate depending on the season with the summers being the highest due to running the AC.
