English: I am offering my lovely apartment (ca. 50-55 sqm) fully equipped and furnished. It's located in Heusenstamm, close to Frankfurt/Main (approximately 20 min. to both city center and airport FRA). Supermarkets, pharmacies and train station can be reached on foot.
The apartment has a kitchen, a bathroom with bath tub, a balcony, one bedroom, a living room and a pantry. A basement room is also available.
You will find a washing machine, a dryer and a dish washer for your own in the kitchen.
The apartment is suitable for one person.
Even though I indicated "shared location", you will have this apartment for your own - I will only keep my office space closed. In case you want to use the desk and chair from the office, we can arrange that and put it outside the office room.
You will have a lovely neighbour with a lovely dog.
German: Ich biete meine schöne, komplett ausgestattete und möblierte Wohnung (ca. 50–55 m²) in Heusenstamm, nahe Frankfurt am Main (ca. 20 Min. zur Innenstadt und zum Flughafen FRA) zur Untermiete an. Supermärkte, Apotheken und der Bahnhof sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Küche, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, einen Balkon, ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und eine Speisekammer. Ein Kellerraum ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
In der Küche finden Sie eine Waschmaschine, einen Trockner und einen Geschirrspüler.
Die Wohnung ist für eine Person geeignet.
Obwohl ich „gemeinsamer Ort“ angegeben habe, steht Ihnen die Wohnung für Sie allein zur Verfügung. Lediglich mein Büro ist geschlossen. Falls Sie den Schreibtisch und Stuhl aus dem Büro nutzen möchten, können wir das gerne arrangieren und die Möbel außerhalb des Büros platzieren.
Sie werden einen lieben Nachbarn mit einem lieben Hund im gleichen Haus haben.
