AVAILABLE SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER. The apartment is a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. I’m looking to fill the second bedroom. You would have your own bathroom, spacious room, large walk in closet, and more! The apartment has its own new washer and dryer in unit. There’s a great pool, fitness center, and clubhouse. The shared living room has a GIANT window with Mountain View’s. Utilities, electric, and WiFi would be split. It’s RIGHT off of I-70. It’s in the Golden/Wheat Ridge area. There is a walking and biking path right behind the complex with a beautiful creek that runs through. There’s near by hiking, biking, paddle boarding, etc. It’s minutes away from a shopping center. I currently have a cat and she is very shy, so she mainly stays in my room but may like her head out from time to time. I’m definitely open to someone with pets.
