Room currently has a queen size Purple mattress, but can remove.Rent includes all utilities, cable (movie channels, Netflix, Hulu, etc.), 1gb internet, central AC, in-unit washer/dryer, and smart home integration with Alexa. Unfortunately, my dog warms very slowly to men (if at all). She is old and doesn’t need undue stress at this stage of her life, so limiting availability to women only.
