My wife and I are moving to another European country for 3 years as EX-PATs with our little daughter. We don't want to give up the really great apartment and are therefore renting it out furnished.
The stay abroad begins on May 1st, 2025. The contract for abroad runs until April 30, 2028, although the exact date of departure cannot currently be planned. We would be happy if we could hand the apartment over to trustworthy hands for as long as possible. We would reserve a notice period of 3 months.
The additional costs include heat, internet and electricity.

The bedroom has access to the lower terrace. The highlight of the apartment is the open living and dining area on the 2nd floor with direct access to the 14m2 roof terrace. Wir freuen uns, wenn wir die Wohnung in vertrauensvolle Hände übergeben können für möglichst den vollständigen Zeitraum. Wir würden uns eine Kündigungsfrist von 3 Monaten vorhalten.

Das Schlafzimmer hat Zugang zur unteren Terrasse. Highlight der Wohnung ist der offene Wohn- und Essbereich im 2. OG mit direktem Zugang zur 14m2 Dachterrasse. Die Umgebung der Wohnung ist wirklich EXTREM leise und sehr grün. Das Passivhaus ist mit einer modernen Lüftungsanlage ausgestattet, welche kontinuierlich Fischluft bereitstellt und Wärme rückgewinnt.
