It includes many movie channels if you have a Fire Stick, or Fire Tv. I am neat, I have a 3yr old female Akita and 2 cats and a Cockatoo who talks or will leave you alone if you want. I have lived here for over 6 yrs, easy going and quite and to bed early. I am located just off the 215 & Eastern or Windmill. Close to the Sun Coast or Blue Diamond Rd and the Airport with no overhead sounds. A place to be and feel at home. So the price may be a little high but it comes with Free food.
