No smoking, no drinking, no parties - and expect a roommate to keep the same lifestyle. Regular house cleanings. Shared bathroom with good storage. There is lots of storage in the unit in general. Your own closet. I work 5/2. If you work from home it’s a great place for you! I am introverted and enjoy my hobbies. Working on decorating the house! If you have plants that probably not going to work. I have a cat and he can’t live with the dogs. Other kitties are welcome! Russians and Ukrainians extra welcome - I am a Russian myself.
