I will except couples, but the rent will be higher, no pets, I prefer a female roommate, and I will consider one small child. This is a drama free, quiet, safe Drug-free, and smoke-free house, 420 friendly must go outside and will consider occasional overnight guest. Looking for a professional who works outside of the home and has verifiable income and references. No felons, no convictions, no prior or current evictions. Shared space and looking for someone that is quiet and can clean up after themselves and can pay rent on time and all of the utilities are included in the rent. I am highly allergic to fish, so please don’t bring it into the house.
