Not included in the living space is an additional 50 square meters terrace which can be used. The house is located at the edge of Duisburg and is in a dead end street very quiet. There is a special feature: besides the bathroom with toilet, guest toilet and kitchen, the apartment has two rooms (one with a desk and one as a living room with an extra sleeping bed), from both rooms stairs lead under the roof, there are double beds placed in each room. So a total of 5 persons can stay overnight in the apartment.

German: Es handelt sich um eine abgeschlossene Wohnung auf circa 60 Quadratmetern mit separatem Zugang.
Nicht in der Wohnfläche enthalten ist eine zusätzliche 50 qm große Terrasse, die genutzt werden kann. Das Haus liegt am Standrand zu Duisburg und ist in einer Sackgasse sehr ruhig gelegen. Eine Besonderheit gibt es: die Wohnung hat neben dem Bad mit WC, Gäste-WC und Küche zwei Räume (einer mit Schreibtisch und einer als Wohnraum mit einem extra Schlafbett), aus den beiden Räumen führen Treppen unter das Dach, dort sind jeweils Doppelbetten platziert. So können insgesamt 5 Personen in der Wohnung übernachten.
Die Wohnung im April komplett mit neuen Bodenbelägen ausgestattet worden, fast alle Zimmer sind gestrichen und es ist eine kleine Einbauküche installiert worden.
