The room is very clean as well as the house on the inside and outside there is a washer and dryer located here in the house also a swimming pool is available here in subdivision. My name is David I am the homeowner and also do live here on the property, my wife leaving lives here also, we are accepting female tenants only, so we are not allowing me boyfriend's fiance's or husbands here at the house or on the property it's nothing personal it's just a rule that we have. We're very laid back respectful and responsible. The ideal female tenant, we'll have access to the kitchen living room washer and dryer, also be open-minded here we have different sleeping arrangements which means that I sleep in one bedroom and Lillian in tapes on the other side of the house and her bedroom.
