Rent 3 bedroom apartment of 42 m² in Dortmund

English: Greetings! :) Since I am going abroad for several months, you have the chance to live in my beautiful apartment. It is located directly in the city center of Dortmund and you can reach all important things within walking distance (subway, supermarkets, DHL etc.). In the well-divided 42 square meters, you and your partner can live your life to the full and of course use all the items in the apartment. The apartment is not suitable for a shared flat. The apartment and outside area (inner courtyard, street, facade, etc.) were completely renovated 3 years ago. The parking situation in the city is not always the best, which is why I will provide you with a rented parking space. An additional cellar room for your winter clothes or bulky items is also available. I look forward to hearing from you! :-)

Da ich für mehrere Monate ins Ausland gehe, hast du die Chance meine schöne Wohnung zu bewohnen.
Sie liegt direkt in der Dortmunder Innenstadt und du kannst fußläufig alle wichtigen Dinge erreichen (U-Bahn, Supermärkte, DHL etc.).
In den gut aufgeteilten 42 Quadratmetern kannst du mit deinem/r Partner/in dich vollkommen ausleben und selbstverständlich alle Gegenstände in der Wohnung nutzen. Für eine WG kommt die Wohnung nicht in Frage.
Die Wohnung und Außenbereich (Innenhof, Straße, Fassade, etc.) wurden vor 3 Jahren kernsaniert.
Die Parksituation ist in der Stadt nicht immer die Beste, weshalb du von mir einen angemieteten Parkplatz zur Verfügung gestellt bekommst.
Ein zusätzlicher Kellerraum für deine Winterklamotten oder sperrige Gegenstände steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
