My nice house is free! Since I am going to live together, my studio in Utrecht will become available. It is possible to rent this studio from February 16, 2025 to July 31, 2025 (so not indefinitely!). It is a requirement that the tenant can move in as of February 16. The studio has its own bathroom/kitchen (incl. dishwasher!)/toilet and has a separate bedroom. It is about 10 minutes by bike to the center and Zuilen station is within walking distance. Furthermore, you share the front door with 2 roommates. This gives you all the advantages of your own house, but you can also look for cosiness every now and then :) The rent is €975 including gas/water/electricity, internet and waste tax.
