Please note contract starts on 9th September 2025 having the period of stay44, 48or 51 weeks. An admin fee fee ofGBP95.00is required upon booking to secure your room. This then goes towards your first months rent which will be due just before you move in.It is also required a security deposit ofGBP500once the booking is registered with landlord.
