Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Laguna Beach

I'm looking for a potential roommate to check out a 2-bedroom apt in Laguna Beach (in the hopes that the potential roommate and I could get the place together). This place is a top-floor unit, with sweeping, dramatic views of the ocean (and a large outdoor deck). Thie living room has a fireplace too. There's also an available parking space as well. The unit should be available for showing around late-June/early July. The rent...per person...should be around $2,200....which is quite a bargain....considering the amenities, views and location (it's walking distance to the beach). Regarding a potential roommate, I'm looking for someone who is responsible, conscientious, quiet, employed and clean. Thanks!
