Seeking roommate who is respecful, tidy and reliable. there is a good size living room with a large balcony, dining area and a decent sized kitchen with a large refrigerator which is mine. The bedroom has a great view of the ocean which is a block away. There is one shared bathroom with a shared vanity area. I have a small dog. Preferably no cats please but another small dog could be ok.Laundry on premises. Tandem parking. Close to hiking trails and local art scene. Must have references and job. Utilities included. Unfurnished but can be furnished if needed.
