Rent 2 bedroom apartment in San Clemente

So this is an incredible Unit with Oceanview's right from the Bed, living room, and back patio. 980sq foot condo in a quiet neighborhood Albertson's 0.6 miles 12 min walk. Community pool and hot tub. 2 min drive to the 5 Fwy way. Outlet mall directly across 5 from my place. 10 min drive to the beach and Clemente Pier. I am looking for an organized Clean roommate that is pleasant to get along with. Prefer someone who has a job or somewhere to be during the weekdays or a majority of the week... and...haha able to afford the rent. I work from home and value my space during the weekdays. Can be furnished with a queen bed or you can bring your own. I have some space for storage in the garage. Parking on the street or if you require garage parking for an additional cost. I am open to being flexible on most things so please just ask and I will let you know if it works. No Drugs, prefer a non-smoker
