Rent 3 bedroom house in Anaheim

Hi, I’m posting this for my mom who doesn’t use apps or the internet much. She has a one bedroom, with private bathroom available starting in mid December. Washer and dryer are in the garage, and one parking spot available in driveway. There’s also a private entrance, and room has a walk in closet. House is located near the 91 freeway, about 5-10 minutes from downtown Fullerton. Must be dog friendly. My parents are Spanish speaking, but understand a little English. They are quiet people, usually go to bed by 10:30pm. They are asking $1200 a month, or $1500 for a couple. Utilities included. If not a couple, my mom prefers to rent to a female
