RENTAL CONDITIONS: The monthly price includes electricity and gas utilities. The details will be specified in the rental contract.
The costs of condominium fees, Wi-Fi, water and contract fees are included in the monthly rent.

Early termination: after at least one month, you can give notice with at least 30 days' notice from the last date of release of the property;
We apply a daily contract: the monthly payment is calculated on the exact days and on the basis of 30 days: for example December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc. etc...;
The check-in and check-out times will be communicated once the reservation has been finalized.

RENTAL AGREEMENT:
