I had some thought of listing this as a two bedroom unit, as there are three large good sized rooms plus kitchen and one bathroom, but I`m sticking with the description above as the second potential bedroom works deliciously as a very nice office. Off the livingroom and facing onto a balcony and park view, this office would be a very comfortable space to work from home in privacy but not isolation. Kitchen is nicely done and in fact the entire apt is well put together. Balcony off the livingroom and office is a nice size, but firmly balcony and not terrace. Okay to sit out there as a couple and have dinner on a warm night. Only negative I could see was this is a second story walk up. Plenty of parking on the street when I visited. Across the street from my children`s favorite park (Floreasca) because of the large jungle gyms and play areas. Walking distance to a health club / gym with an indoor pool. Plenty of restaurants not far away and jogging distance to Herastrau Park.
