Rent 4 bedroom apartment in Arlington

This a 4bed 4bath apt with 3 girls currently living there. It’s a shared living space but rooms and bath are own individually so you don’t have to worry about sharing bedrooms and bathrooms . Bedroom is fully furnished and the living space is furnished as well. Rent is $829 every month utilities included. I would have the first month rent paid so you don’t have to worry about paying rent the first month you move in. You don’t have to be a student at UTA to live here. But preferably I want a female to take over my lease cause all my roommates are females and they are very nice and keep to themselves.
