Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Jamaica

I am moving out the room will have no one in it so I just need someone who will pay 1,400$ monthly with no problems someone who's working have pay stubs 2 bank statements a ready to move in 2,800$ to move in right away now who will it be to replace me my name wilkens nazaire..... 1400$ because the whole apartment rent went high and I also put the gas and the electric bill it in 1,400$ for the room that's just for the room the whole apartment rent is different price from that .....
