Rent 4 bedroom house in Bay Ridge / Fort Hamilton

We’re on a second floor of the townhouse, currently 4 females ,but one of us will leave in the end of October ,she got a new job offer far from Brooklyn. Utilities and WiFi are included , we are sharing a living room and a kitchen, We’re looking for a quiet and clean girl to join us because we all have 9-6 work schedules or 8-5 ,so no parties on weekdays, we have 2 bathrooms, so each 2 will share one bathroom, please don’t bring guests daily or weekly, occasionally will be okay, we’re animal lovers but since it’s a newly furnished house, we just want to keep it clean and neat, no dogs and cats please! Serious renters only and female only! No couples!
