Rent 3 bedroom house in Vallejo

Calm quiet pet filled large older home w/a/c. No relationship drama here. Just gardening, music, walking or whatever. Better to be out and about part or full time, I do the same. Only one roommate, I work full days on call only (wine industry).Centrally located for access to 80 east to Fairfield or west to SF -off of Hwy 29, also immediate access to Hwy 37 to Novato, Sonoma & San Rafael. For someone who knows how and will cleanup after themself anywhere on the property or hire someone to do it. This is a shared house with a front & back yard. So is the work of cleaning & keeping up everything inside & out. You may hire someone to do your share if you prefer.I have been here 9 years & upgraded by installing my own washer/dryer, disher washer, stovetop & refrigerater. You break it you replace it. Your rent is due in one payment on the first of each month. We split the utilities. Security deposit is due up front.Overnight guests 2 nights a week ok, if they break or steal anything you replace it or pay for it.Must be a responsible adult - make sure house is locked up when going out and at upon going to bed. Small groups of friends over may be discussed prior.Garage is a 2 car.
